Our AI Engineering division is seeking an exceptional and inquisitive recent graduate from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). In this role, you will be instrumental in creating sophisticated systems that drive automated decision-making, streamline operational processes, and elevate the user journey throughout BharatPe's range of products.
- Must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline from an IIT.
- A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core mathematical principles is essential.
- Proficiency in Python and practical experience with machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is required.
- Prior experience with Natural Language Processing, computer vision, or recommender systems via academic coursework or personal projects.
- Working knowledge of Git, SQL, and fundamental cloud computing principles, with a preference for AWS or GCP experience.
- Demonstrated superior analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine interest in financial technology and a strong desire to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- Partner with diverse teams across the organization to pinpoint opportunities for applying AI in areas such as payments, lending, and fraud prevention.
- Construct, implement training for, and assess the performance of machine learning models utilizing both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Create initial prototypes and conceptual models for new features and tools powered by artificial intelligence.
- Support the transition of machine learning models into live production environments via scalable APIs and cloud-based systems.
- Routinely track the effectiveness of deployed models and conduct retraining exercises when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of processes, experimental results, and key insights to contribute to the team's shared knowledge base.
