As an Associate Quality Engineer at Xactly, you will be part of a global QA team responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will participate in the full testing lifecycle, including planning, test case development, manual and automated testing, bug reporting, and performance monitoring. This is a hands-on role designed for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, offering exposure to industry-leading tools, training in automation, CI/CD workflows, and agile methodologies. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment, gaining expertise in cloud-based enterprise SaaS applications

- Log and track defects using standard tools
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Gain hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, TestNG, Maven, RestAssure, Docker, Jenkins, and JMeter
- Understand product requirements and ensure functional coverage through testing
- Contribute to release activities and post-release validations
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement corrective actions
