- Over one year of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Demonstrated proficiency with React, Typescript, Node.js, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Prior exposure to Kafka, Kubernetes, and Python is advantageous.
- Experience with at least one or more database systems, such as PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
- Profound comprehension of full-stack development, encompassing front-end, back-end, and database administration.
- Capability to produce clean, thoroughly tested, and extensible code that is easily maintainable.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the aptitude to diagnose intricate systems.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to articulate complex technical subjects clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI concepts such as RAG, prompt engineering, and building agentic workflows is a definite asset.
- Knowledge of Python and exposure to Machine Learning tools and foundational principles is a plus.
- Continuously enhancing technical proficiency to ensure Peak utilizes the most advanced tools and methodologies.
- Producing high-quality production code and exhibiting robust problem-solving abilities through coding and architectural discussions.
- Leveraging extensive expertise in Typescript, Node.js, AWS, and Kubernetes to contribute to the development of superior software solutions.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other key stakeholders to guarantee project alignment and successful delivery.
- Articulating complex technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assisting with the integration of new clients onto the Peak platform.
- Developing comprehensive technical specifications and rigorous test plans.
- Writing, testing, reviewing, and refactoring code to uphold exceptional quality and maintainability standards.
- Investigating emerging technologies and advancements in cloud and artificial intelligence domains.
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contributing to the development of AI-driven features, including integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs).
