    Requirements
    • Contributions to open source or competitive programming experience
    • Strong CS foundation from Tier-1 institutions
    • Experience with backend technologies (Python, MongoDB, etc.)
    • Experience in designing and building SaaS products
    Basic Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
    • Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), React, HTML, CSS, and testing frameworks
    • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques
    • Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, software design principles
    • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
    • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and solve real-world engineering challenges
    Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop robust and scalable accounting integration features

    • Debug, analyze, and optimize front-end systems for reliability and performance
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
    • Participate in feature design discussions and bring fresh problem-solving perspectives
    • Contribute to code reviews and uphold high engineering standards
    • Learn Rippling’s tech stack and receive mentorship from senior engineers
    • Actively shape the future of accounting automation at Rippling
