- Proficiency in front-end development with ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with cloud service platforms like AWS.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS.
- Knowledge of using Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
- Experience working with both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL database systems.
- Competence in using Kubernetes for application orchestration and deployment.
- An understanding of Agile frameworks and DevOps principles.
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- Possesses 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
- Demonstrates strong skills in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- A solid comprehension of REST API creation and web application design.
- Proficient with version control software, such as Git.
- Construct and manage backend services with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Partner on front-end tasks utilizing ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript (preferred).
- Develop and deploy software packages following CI/CD best practices for delivering software as a service.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservice-based applications.
- Engage in peer code reviews, perform debugging, and conduct performance optimization.
- Compose unit and integration tests applying test-driven development (TDD) concepts.
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows.
- Take part in design meetings and provide input on architectural strategies.
- Create technical documentation and facilitate clear communication between teams.
- Willingness to work in a pair programming setup with AI-powered tools for code generation, refactoring, documentation, and test creation.
