Along with helping other engineers with projects, conducting research, and writing reports, the graduate engineer trainee will be in charge of finishing all tasks given to them by the supervisor. Along with being able to follow directions, you should also be able to think creatively and independently. A growth mindset and a dedication to lifelong learning are essential for success as a graduate engineer trainee. Promising applicants should be keen observers, eager to interact with engineers outside of their field of expertise, and willing to help wherever possible.
- BachelorΓÇÖs degree in any field.
- 0ΓÇô1 year of relevant experience in business analysis or project coordination
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (Advanced), SQL (Basic), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Analytical mindset with attention to data
- Understand and work with IT systems, computer operations, and basic software development practices.
- Apply knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Java, MySQL, DBMS, and Data Lake to real-world problems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior team members.
- Show interest and curiosity in AI/ML technologies and explore opportunities to integrate them into business solutions.
- Demonstrate good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and collaborative development.
- Maintain professionalism, discipline, and punctuality in a hybrid work environment
