- Mastery of Python programming and hands-on experience with frameworks including LangChain, Hugging Face, or the OpenAI APIs.
- Acquaintance with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI-driven search utilities is considered an asset.
- Background working with agentic frameworks and human-in-the-loop validation systems.
- Outstanding skills in communication, collaborative work, and resolving complex problems.
- Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple initiatives within a rapidly evolving environment.
- RAG Solution Engineering: Architect and deploy scalable RAG pipelines that connect Large Language Models with proprietary enterprise data.
- Performance Tuning & Assessment: Construct solid evaluation systems to gauge and enhance model effectiveness based on bespoke metrics like factual correctness, response time, and consistency.
- Prompt Crafting: Design and iteratively refine prompts to tailor LLM responses for particular business objectives.
- System Optimization & Issue Resolution: Pinpoint and address irregularities in model behavior, information retrieval quality, and overall system performance.
- Compliance & Risk Oversight: Uphold firm-wide AI governance, risk management, and control protocols across all developed solutions.
- Record-Keeping & Analysis: Uphold thorough documentation and assist in creating model cards, audit logs, and performance monitoring dashboards.
