We are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions across defined systems, platforms, or products. The role follows established standards and processes to ensure consistency, reduce risk, and improve efficiency in support of the organization’s goals. This position may involve working across a complete technology stack or focusing on a specific technology, application, or platform.
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or diploma with at least 15 years of education.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Assist in creating architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and/or SaaS platforms.
- Collect and document user requirements; contribute to the development of user stories and effort estimates.
- Participate in technical design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of applications.
- Contribute to front-end or back-end development, with exposure to both, or work on SaaS/COTS delivery.
- Engage in peer reviews of solution designs, code, and SaaS/COTS configurations.
- Support the investigation and resolution of production incidents, issues, and service requests (in partnership with SaaS providers).
- Provide ongoing support for production applications/platforms.
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
