- Background in a technical domain (e.g., data science, computer science), or demonstrated learning, is a plus.
- Familiarity with using data analysis tools like Excel and project management software.
- A ΓÇ£nice-to-have,ΓÇ¥ but not a requirement, is a proven track record of managing client interactions and recruitment processes.
- Lead the design and management of recruitment pipelines to source domain experts for various AI model training projects commissioned by foundational AI companies.
- Oversee end-to-end assessment strategies to ensure the selection of high-quality talent that meets specific client requirements, using MercorΓÇÖs platform or other external sources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and the wider Operations team to execute high-impact action items requiring data pipeline design and analysis to ensure timely delivery of top-notch deliverables.
- Collaborating with Engagement Managers to oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, establishing project infrastructure, monitoring KPIs, and delivering results on time.
- Aid in managing client relationships, translating their requirements into actionable plans and driving the execution of core tasks.
- Onboard and interface directly with domain experts on bespoke tasks essential to the project's success, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Continuously analyze and enhance our processes, implementing automation and efficiency improvements to streamline operations and boost productivity
