Requirements
- The candidate must have relevant experience in banking and financial environment and broad knowledge of Operational Risk & Control, looking to take on a new challenge in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization using tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CIB Ops Risk Data & Metrics Lead to document, streamline & deliver metrics related asks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data analysis needs and develop solutions using Alteryx and Tableau.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports in Tableau to visualize complex data sets.
- Perform data analysis, data mining, and data cleansing to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into data to answer business questions and support decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation to streamline data analysis workflows.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
