- An exemplary Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology (graduating in 2026 or later) from a respected academic institution, maintaining a strong academic standing (at least 60% overall).
- Up to one year of practical experience coupled with a robust understanding of programming languages such as Python or Java.
