As a part of the Front-end Experience Enablement team, your role will be to support the delivery of sophisticated, multi-product UI features across the entire HashiCorp product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers throughout the organization, utilizing your expertise to build UIs that are accessible, user-friendly, and sustainable.
- Proven proficiency in Software Engineering, particularly with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- A working knowledge of Helios and/or the Carbon design system.
- A strong dedication to user-centric work, demonstrated by past collaborations with Design and Product Management to ship effective solutions.
- A documented ability to transform wireframes into high-quality, durable components.
- The capability to function in a creative and forward-thinking environment to enhance component quality.
- A track record of solving complex technical problems with innovative outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, centered on client satisfaction and team achievement.
- A history of leading by example and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- A dedication to building thoroughly tested solutions to guarantee high levels of reliability and performance.
- A background working with a variety of technology stacks and project scopes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Ember.js framework, or a strong desire and aptitude for learning it swiftly.
- A proven capacity for clear communication delivered with empathy and kindness.
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning, demonstrated through humility and thoughtful self-assessment.
- Work alongside product designers and engineers to aid in launching new features or refactoring our user interfaces.
- Promote the adoption of the Helios design system throughout our product suite.
- Pinpoint and seize opportunities to make significant improvements to our product UIs.
- Flexibly adapt to new products and focus areas as company priorities evolve and new projects begin.
- Facilitate seamless project transitions by maintaining clear written correspondence and documentation.
