- Expo, TanStack Query/Redux/Zustand, GraphQL, queues (RabbitMQ), Docker, AWS.
- Exposure to LLM tooling, prompt engineering, or RAG.
- Strong in at least one track (FE/BE/FS) with TypeScript and Git.
- Solid fundamentals: debugging, code reviews, writing maintainable code.
- Product mindset: bias to action, ownership, and user empathy.
- Ship features end-to-end across web/mobile and APIs.
- Build performant UIs, clean APIs, and reliable data flows.
- Collaborate on AI features (LLM workflows, prompt/eval pipelines).
- Own quality: testing, observability, performance, security.
