- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a closely related field.
- Gather and document IT project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify and recommend IT-enabled improvements.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to strategically prioritize product backlog items.
- Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with key stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives by assessing impact, developing communication strategies, and coordinating training.
- Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and deliver business value.
