As a team member, you will be involved in creating and deploying digital products, platforms, and tools tailored for the research, analytics, and data management fields. We are at the vanguard of technology, with our artificial intelligence initiatives supported by our core platform, AI for Research and Analytics (AIRA).
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, MLOps engineers, and product managers, to successfully embed AI models into operational systems.
- Improve model efficiency and decrease latency through the application of quantization, distillation, and pruning methods.
- Keep abreast of the latest research in AI, NLP, and deep learning to facilitate continuous solution enhancement.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (like Docker and Kubernetes) for deploying models.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proven track record of working within an agile development framework.
- One to three years of professional background in AI/ML, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Conceptualize, build, and enhance applications based on LLMs for diverse applications like chatbots, content creation, text summarization, and code synthesis.
- Architect, engineer, and release high-performance Generative AI applications using Python, LLMs, and deep learning libraries.
- Author clean, component-based, and extensible code, adhering to the highest standards of software development.
- Customize and roll out large-scale language models, both open-source and proprietary (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, Claude).
- Utilize prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and various model optimization strategies to elevate AI effectiveness.
- Operate with vector databases (such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate) to manage efficient retrieval and indexing of extensive datasets.
