As an Associate Software Test Engineer, you will partner with compact, multi-disciplinary teams to release valuable features in rapid cycles. This role is a foundational opportunity within our Product Development Team, involving teamwork to comprehend new features, strategize and execute tests, pinpoint potential risks, and communicate them effectively. A significant focus will be placed on mastering the supported product via hands-on exploratory testing, with the goal of eventually contributing to automated testing efforts. This position reports directly to the Engineering/Development Manager.

- Thoroughly plan all necessary testing tasks for user stories selected in each sprint.
- Formulate and implement effective testing strategies, including exploratory testing against acceptance criteria.
- Create and manage manual test scripts and documentation for sophisticated testing situations.
- Provide support in the construction and upkeep of testing infrastructures.
- Participate in project-related meetings, offering technical insights when necessary.
- Pinpoint and articulate any impediments to progress.
