- Possess a B.Tech, BSc, MSc in Computer Science, or an MCA degree, along with one to two years of comparable work experience.
- Develop .Net services using C#, manage front-end pages with UI/UX frameworks like REACT, and write necessary database scripts.
- Execute technical analysis and design tasks on a global or local scale, consulting with experienced colleagues for support as needed.
- Conduct unit testing on your code, contribute to system testing efforts, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, enlisting the help of senior or experienced team members when required.
- Consistently monitor and document development progress and performance metrics.
- Perform other responsibilities or assignments as delegated by management.
- Leverage your understanding of industry standards, company policies, and best practices to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team with key stakeholders.
- Offer informal mentorship and share your knowledge with coworkers to empower them to meet the team's objectives.
