- One to three years of professional experience with advanced planning systems as a developer, analyst, consultant, or end user.
- A strong grasp of demand, supply, and S&OP business workflows.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in technical engineering, a science field, or a related area is required.
- Prior experience with supply chain planning algorithms like Heuristic and Optimizer.
- Familiarity with data integration technologies, such as Talend, for connecting with SAP-ERP and other systems.
- An agile, critical thinker who is passionate about innovation and acquiring new knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, with a talent for strategic collaboration and influence within the role's scope.
- The capacity to effectively manage and switch between multiple assignments and initiatives.
- The ability to merge strategic insight and direction with consistent, practical outcomes.
- Proficient skills in planning, problem-solving, analysis, time management, and organization.
- Act as the primary support contact for supply chain planning, spearheading the implementation of optimal solutions and digital advancements.
- Engage with IT and business partners to evaluate business requirements for new features, system enhancements, upgrades, or deployments.
- Execute the delivery of IT solutions according to best practices, ensuring alignment across People, Process, Technology, and Data.
- Proactively participate in meetings with internal and external partners to facilitate the timely completion of projects and support tasks.
- Guarantee the prompt resolution of all outstanding support tickets, including bug fixes and enhancements, within established SLA timelines.
- Monitor system performance and provide support to ensure operations meet service level agreements regarding availability, performance, and reliability.
- Execute unit and integration testing and provide assistance during user acceptance testing.
- Conduct system training sessions for business stakeholders on newly introduced capabilities.
- Offer mentorship to junior colleagues regarding new technologies and system functionalities.
