- Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering; applicants with degrees in Civil or Structural Engineering are also invited
- Novice to proficient in at least one programming language: C/C++, C#/.NET, FORTRAN, Java, or Python
- Applied experience within an engineering design firm or comparable setting
- Direct involvement with CAD/CAE software such as MicroStation/AutoCAD, ANSYS/ABAQUS, AutoPIPE/CAESAR, STAAD/ETABS, etc.
- Profound desire to integrate theoretical engineering principles into software remedies
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and issue-resolution capabilities
- Proficient spoken and written English communication prowess
- Investigate, conceive, and execute novel functionalities and enhancements for engineering software
- Construct software applications leveraging C++, C#, FORTRAN, or Python
- Produce and sustain comprehensive design blueprints, validation computations, and technical records
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize current software offerings to boost efficiency and dependability
- Engage with the Client Achievement team to address user questions and technical difficulties
- Cooperate closely with interdisciplinary groups to meet development objectives and provide superior deliverables
