- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology
- Eligible Candidates:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics & Telecommunications/Electrical) with CDAC or equivalent accreditation
- Professional Experience:
- 0-2 years of Windchill operational/configuration management
- Recent graduates with robust Java and Database proficiency
- Excellent command of Java and Database is essential
- Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities
- Fundamental Operating System administration skills (Windows/Unix)
- Rudimentary comprehension of networking and configurations

- Offer support services to aid clients and field personnel with the setup and debugging of installation and operational inquiries related to Windchill Products
- Deliver client-focused service through comprehending customer concerns, possessing knowledge of PTC offerings, and understanding Support Services procedures
- Cultivate advanced proficiency in Windchill setup and functionality issues and continuously update the PTC Knowledgebase.
- Generate software configurations, replicate problems, perform troubleshooting, investigate technical difficulties, and monitor the resolution of such issues in cooperation with other PTC departments like Research & Development and Quality Assurance, subsequently relaying this information to the client
- Aid in the development and implementation of technical instruction and documentation concerning the aforementioned subjects
- Cooperate with global offices to deliver premium support for critical customers
