Requirements
- Your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Solid Python and data structures fundamentals; comfort with FastAPI/Flask/Django, MongoDB, and Git.
- Basic ML/LLM understanding (tokenization, embeddings, vector search, prompt patterns, evaluation).
- Clear communication in English; ability to write clean code and concise docs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup; bias toward action and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & ship AI features end-to-end — prototype ML/LLM (text & speech) solutions and turn working POCs into clean, maintainable APIs.
- Build and iterate on model/prompt pipelines — craft prompts and tools; wire up multilingual flows (e.g., ASR → MT → TTS when relevant); use retrieval/context grounding where needed.
- Model workflows — experiment with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama), RAG, vector databases, and prompt pipelines; fine-tune or LoRA-adapt small/medium models when useful.
- Curate and manage datasets — collect, clean, segment, and augment text/speech data; maintain versioning and clear documentation.
- Prompt engineering — draft, benchmark, and iterate prompts, tools, and function-calling schemas; maintain a versioned prompt library.
- Collaborate & communicate — work with Product/Tech to scope experiments, track progress, and document results.
- Research → Production — read recent papers/blogs, try ideas quickly, and convert what works into maintainable code and docs.
